FlowGuard Gold® and Corzan® Water Distribution Systems
FlowGuard Gold® and Corzan® CPVC piping systems are specifically designed for potable water distribution systems. With a proven track record in high-rise applications, apartment buildings, hotels/motels and commercial installations, the combined advantages provide a low maintenance, quality plumbing system you can depend on. FlowGuard Gold pipe and fittings are available in sizes ranging from 1/2" through 2" CTS (Copper Tube Size). A full line of fittings, including solvent weld fittings, specialty transition fittings and valves, allows 2" FlowGuard Gold CPVC fittings to be mated with Corzan CPVC piping, bringing the system capabilities to 16" pipe.

- FlowGuard Gold pipe and fittings are manufactured to meet or exceed ASTM D2846
- Corzan CPVC piping is manufactured to meet or exceed ASTM F441; Corzan CPVC fittings are manufactured to meet or exceed the requirements of ASTM F437 (schedule 80 threaded) and ASTM F439 (schedule 80 socket)
- FlowGuard Gold pipe, fittings, and joints are designed for continuous use (50 years plus) at conditions of 100 psi @ 180°F
- Both Corzan pipe and FlowGuard Gold pipe, fittings and solvent cements are certified by NSF International to ANSI/NSF Standards 14 and 61 assuring consumers the water quality will not be affected by the piping system
- A FlowGuard Gold/Corzan system is four times quieter than copper because it insulates rather than resonates water flow noise
- 1/2" through 2" water filled FlowGuard pipe and fittings and water filled Corzan pipe and fittings up to 6" have been tested in general accordance with UL 723/ASTM E84 and meet the 25/50 flame/smoke developed requirement and are suitable for installation in plenums

- Corzan CPVC pipe is manufactured in IPS (Iron Pipe Size), Schedule 80 dimensions
- Corzan CPVC fittings are manufactured in Schedule 80 dimensions
