Corzan^® 4910 CPVC is an excellent material of choice for cleanroom equipment manufacturing that is specification tested and listed under the Factory Mutual Research Corporation Test Standard for Clean Room Materials (FM4910).

The advantages of Corzan^® 4910 CPVC sheet material are its excellent balance of properties elated to strength, weldability and chemical resistance, as well as outstanding perormance in flame and smoke.

This patented technology features exceptional weldability and is an excellent alternative to flame retardant polypropylene (FR-PP). Corzan^® 4910 CPVC is easy to fabricate and use. It has excellent mechanical strength and provides resistance to most semiconductor chemistries, including strong and weak acids and bases, salts, and aliphatic hydrocarbons.

Corzan^® 4910 CPVC sheet material is a cost-effective alterantive to ethylene-chlorotrifluoroethylene (ECTFE), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and polyvinylidenefluoride (PVDF) plastics.

And, compared to less expensive, non fire-safe materials such as polypropylene (PP) and FR-PP, Corzan 4910 CPVC does not require additional fire suppression equipment, lowering overall construction costs.
